On January 11, 2025, the Oriental Square Grade A office building, developed by OSI Holdings, is in the construction phase, focusing on the columns and walls of the 8th floor, and the beams/slabs of the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors, as well as the technical floor.

The Oriental Square Grade A office building project is located at plot H2CC1 in the central area of the Starlake urban complex, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC is the investor and OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment JSC) is the developer.

Construction is progressing on the columns and walls of the third floor. The construction timeline remains on track according to the approved schedule.

On November 15, 2024, at the Vietnam Property Awards 2024 ceremony organized by the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards Committee, OSI Holdings proudly secured two prestigious accolades for its Grade A office building, Oriental Square: the Best Office Development and the Best Commercial Green Development awards.
