On December 24th, 2022, the Competition Council selected the architectural plan of the W-Grow Building Project (OSI Tower office building) at the H2CC1 land area, Tay Ho Tay urban center area, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city had a meeting and conducted to select 04 options, from 3 domestic and international competition units.

The competition to select architectural design options for the OSI Tower office building was launched from November 1st, 2022 to November 9th, 2022, with the desire to find creative and feasible design ideas, ensure the functions for the Grade A office architecture. Aiming to build a beautiful, sustainable, environmentally friendly, modern architecture in accordance with the planning, contributing to architectural space, landscape of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area Center (Starlake) – Bac Tu Liem – Hanoi.

By December 15th, 2022, the Organizing Committee had received 04 options from 03 participating units.

At the selection session, the Council evaluated the options according to the following criteria:

Planning (10 %):

* Meet the planning criteria;

* Reasonable traffic handling;

* Exploiting the advantage of the location of the land in the center of Tay Ho Tay.

Architecture (50%):

* The structure shows the impression of an office building operating in the financial sector. Solid shape, simple and elegant details;

* Reasonable functional line, harmonizing different types of functions in the same complex, ensuring compliance with current standards and other standards (if any);

* The design integrates the overall context and harmonizes with the landscape and surrounding constructions.

Economics, Engineering (40 %):

* Efficiency of investment and operation (Judging on the rationality of architectural plans and utility coefficients);

* Applying advanced technology in construction and operation;

* Meet technical regulations.

According to the Examination Council’s comment, the competition plans of the consulting units were carefully researched, showing the serious spirit. In the spirit of fairness and transparency, the Competition Council selected the best options. Exam results will be announced in the near future.
