On January 4, 2025, Oriental Square by OSI is in the construction phase, focusing on the columns and walls from floors 1 to 4, floor 5, and beams/slabs for floors 2, 3, and 4, as well as the technical floor:

Structural Completion Work:

• Construction of columns and walls for the 7th floor, installation of formwork, and reinforcing steel for beams and slabs on the 8th floor.
• Concrete pouring for beams and slabs on the 8th floor.

Finishing Work:

• Completed waterproofing for basements B1, B2, and B3.
• Finished tiling for restrooms in basement B1.
• Ongoing plastering in basement B1: 45% completed.
• Ongoing wall construction on the 1st floor: 40% completed.

Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire Protection Work (MEP & FSP):

• Installation of electrical conduits and low-voltage wiring in basements B1, B2, and B3: 95% completed.
• Installation of ventilation systems in basements B2 and B3: 50% completed.
• Fabrication and installation of fire protection systems in basements B2 and B3: 50% completed.

The Oriental Square Grade A Office Building project is located on plot H2CC1 in the central area of the Starlake, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC invested in the project, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment JSC) as the developer.

Oriental Square by OSI is a Grade A office building designed and operated according to LEED Gold standards (the green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has achieved three prestigious awards: two national wins for Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development and the Best Office Development in Asia finalist at the 2024 PropertyGuru Property Awards. The building meets green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly design criteria while offering modern and efficient functionalities.
