Regarding the high-end residential project Oriental Mansion by OSI (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), we — the Developer/OSI Holdings — would like to officially announce the following:

As of now, the Developer/OSI Holdings is in the process of completing the legal procedures and preparing the official Marketing & Sales plan for the Oriental Mansion project. We would like to emphasize that OSI Holdings has not entered into any official distribution agreements with any real estate agents for the following activities:

• Launching sales, receiving deposits or reservation fees, or conducting any financial transactions related to the purchase of apartments at the Project.

• Distributing official information or marketing materials (brochures, price lists, sales policies) to external parties.

However, we have recently observed that some individuals/organizations not officially authorized by us are impersonating the Developer, disseminating false information, and illegally offering reservations or sales of the Project’s products.

Through this official notice, OSI Holdings reaffirms that we shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from customers placing deposits, reservations, or engaging in sales transactions related to the Project with any individuals or brokers who are not officially authorized by OSI Holdings at this time.

All official information regarding the Project (sales launch schedule, sales policies, authorized agents) will only be published on the official website of OSI Holdings: www.osi.com.vn
