Marketing & Communications Executive

Job Description

. Product and Brand Marketing / Communications
  • Implement digital advertising plans (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in accordance with product marketing plans and brand marketing strategies.

  • Research, select, and measure the effectiveness of marketing tools, activities, and execution methods, including cost evaluation for each specific phase.

  • Develop concepts and ideas for communication, advertising, and event campaigns (sales launches, product launches/introductions, kick-off events, etc.).

  • Execute marketing and communication materials for projects and brands (brochures, 3D visual/film production, TVCs, sales kits, etc.).

  • Implement and manage advertising activities across television, radio, outdoor media, POSM, and related channels.

  • Execute and monitor PR and marketing campaigns in accordance with approved plans.

  • Monitor and control marketing budgets and costs during campaign implementation in line with approved budgets.

  • Research and evaluate keywords relevant to targeted industries and markets.

  • Track, analyze data, adjust, and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure performance aligns with planned timelines and objectives.

  • Develop concepts for landing pages and optimize website landing pages.

  • Handle and manage communication crises when incidents arise.

  • Prepare periodic and campaign-based performance reports.

  • Perform other assigned duties.

2. Brand and Internal Marketing / Communications
  • Develop and manage internal communication platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Base Inside, online and offline notice boards, YouTube, etc.

  • Collect, consolidate, and follow up on internal news and content from departments and business units.

  • Execute corporate branding materials for the Company (brochures, envelopes, corporate cards, Tet calendars, branded bags, etc.).

  • Update and disseminate news through internal communication channels.

  • Propose ideas for internal events and engagement activities.

  • Organize and implement internal events.

  • Develop detailed plans and scripts, and execute internal events, coordinating closely with relevant departments and units.

  • Implement internal engagement and culture-building activities.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Gender: Male/Female

Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Media, or related disciplines.

  • Ability to use English effectively in the workplace.

  • Proficient in office software and social media platforms.

 

Skills and knowledge:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a real estate company environment.

  • Good understanding of the real estate industry, communications, and advertising channels.

  • Strong skills in executing marketing and communications operations and processes.

  • Ability to perform tasks in accordance with established procedures and standards.

  • Proactive in handling issues, either by directly resolving them or proposing appropriate solutions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible, responsive, and effective approach.

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.

  • Good teamwork capabilities and effective task/work management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and perform well under high work pressure.
