Job Description
Responsible for implementing business and real estate leasing activities (office, shophouse, commercial space, etc.) to achieve the company’s revenue, occupancy rate, and business objectives.

Execute the real estate leasing plan according to assigned targets.

Search for, approach, and take care of potential clients with space leasing needs.

Support negotiation, drafting, signing, and monitoring of lease agreements with clients.

Maintain and develop good relationships with existing clients to ensure stable occupancy rates.

Collect and update market and competitor information; report to management to support leasing strategy development.

Coordinate with the Marketing Department in promoting, organizing events, and implementing tenant-attraction programs.

Prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports as required by the Department Head.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors and Department.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, sales, customer service, or related fields.

Candidates with experience at real estate companies, shopping centers, or office leasing firms are preferred.

Good English communication skills.
