Leasing Executive

Job Description

Responsible for implementing business and real estate leasing activities (office, shophouse, commercial space, etc.) to achieve the company’s revenue, occupancy rate, and business objectives.

  • Execute the real estate leasing plan according to assigned targets.

  • Search for, approach, and take care of potential clients with space leasing needs.

  • Support negotiation, drafting, signing, and monitoring of lease agreements with clients.

  • Maintain and develop good relationships with existing clients to ensure stable occupancy rates.

  • Collect and update market and competitor information; report to management to support leasing strategy development.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department in promoting, organizing events, and implementing tenant-attraction programs.

  • Prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports as required by the Department Head.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors and Department.

Age: 25–35

Gender: Male/Female

Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, sales, customer service, or related fields.

  • Candidates with experience at real estate companies, shopping centers, or office leasing firms are preferred.

  • Good English communication skills.

 

Skills and knowledge:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

  • Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Other requirements and qualities:

  • Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Responsible, able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Capable of working under pressure and achieving sales targets.

  • Desire to develop a long-term career in real estate.
