On August 10th and 11th, 2024, Orient Success International Investment JSC (OSI Holdings) organized a seminar with team-building activities at Emeralda Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. Project Implementation and Operations Management Seminar

On the morning of August 10, 2024, a seminar on Project Implementation and Operations Management was held with the participation of the leadership team, the Board of Directors, and all employees of OSI Holdings along with staff from the company’s affiliated entities.

Mr. Pham Van Hau, Director of the Project Management Division, and his team presented the challenges and errors encountered while implementing significant projects, Avenue Garden by OSI and Oriental Square by OSI. They shared valuable lessons, highlighting the difficulties faced during the process. In addition, they discussed preventive measures and corrective actions to ensure efficiency and success in future projects.

The seminar provided an opportunity for the entire team to align on strategies for improving project execution and to share insights that will contribute to the company’s continued growth and development.

 

 

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Director of Operations Management for Avenue Garden, shared his valuable experience in the handover process from the Project Management Division. He highlighted several prominent issues the operations management team faced and provided insights into challenges encountered during the transition and ongoing management of the project.

 

In his presentation, Mr. Thang outlined specific problems that had affected operations and proposed practical solutions to improve the efficiency of project management and operations in the future. His suggestions focused on enhancing communication, streamlining processes, and addressing operational challenges to ensure smoother management in future projects.

Following the presentations by the division representatives and management team, the leadership of OSI Holdings and the Board of Directors highly appreciated the participants' seriousness and sense of responsibility. The leadership emphasized the importance of regularly organizing similar seminars to enhance communication and collaboration, allowing the team to collectively address challenges, identify solutions, and proactively predict and mitigate risks. Team-building Activity: Conquering Mount Ngọa Long – The Speed Challenge

 

In the afternoon of the same day, OSI Holdings employees and staff from affiliated companies participated in a team-building activity called "Conquering Mount Ngọa Long – The Speed Challenge." Despite the hot weather, the team’s enthusiasm and determination to reach the summit were palpable and fueled the spirit of the challenge. The event was lively and competitive, with impressive results: the first three to conquer Mount Ngoa Long were Ms. Xuan (Chief Accountant), Ms. Diep (Head of QS Department), and Ms. Huong (Director of Investment Planning).

 

Following them were Mr. Thai (Head of Operations Engineering Shift), Mr. Thang (Director of Operations Management), and Ms. Thu (General Administration Division), who received encouraging prizes for their efforts.
