Design Management Architect

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all design activities on behalf of the Owner, including master planning, architectural and engineering designs for various projects (high-rise buildings, urban developments, resorts, etc.).

  • Manage and control design schedules and design quality of the Owner’s projects; provide professional comments, evaluations, and recommendations.

  • Prepare 3D architectural and interior renderings; review and check architectural and interior design drawings.

  • Work directly with design consulting contractors to revise and adjust designs in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and feedback.

  • Manage design activities for construction-phase projects.

  • Prepare and implement design drawings as required.

  • Participate in a professional capacity in contractor selection and contract negotiations with consultants for design services, design review/verification, and construction packages related to architectural finishing and landscape works.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Gender: Male

Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or Urban Planning from Universities of Construction, Architecture, or equivalent institutions.

  • Relevant professional certifications in related disciplines.

  • Fluent English proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in design management for Owner-side projects, interior and exterior construction works, and high-end developments such as Grade A office buildings, 5-star luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, condotels, and high-end residential developments.

 

Skills and knowledge:

  • Proficient in design-related software, including AutoCAD, 3D CAD, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Strong skills in managing and controlling drawings, dossiers, and documentation, both hard copy and soft copy formats.
