Deputy Director of Project Management Division

Job Description

• Support the Director of the Project Management Division in developing, implementing, and monitoring work plans of the Division; manage and coordinate the Division’s work and personnel; train Division staff on professional competencies, processes, and work guidelines.

• Manage and control the technical aspects of all projects (civil construction).

• Manage design dossiers, technical criteria, and design adjustments/changes for all projects.

• Organize and manage bidding; select contractors in compliance with current laws and the Company’s internal management regulations.

• Assist the Division Director in managing and operating projects, and liaise with relevant authorities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company’s Board of Management and the Director of the Project Management Division.

Level:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.

• Grade I Civil Construction Project Management Practice Certificate, Grade I Supervision Certificate.

• Proficient in English (all four skills) – mandatory.

 

Skills and knowledge:

• Experience in technical management, design management, bidding management, etc.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with a developer/investor, having managed at least 3 grade I civil construction projects.

• Solid and extensive knowledge of design, structures, finishing works, and landscaping.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in applying project management software.

 

Other requirements and qualities:

- Experience working at foreign companies.
